What live lectures are included?
Every Vet On It live lecture during the 12 months from the day you enroll. Right now that is 2 confirmed dates (5.0 hours), plus any lectures we add after you buy.
Is this 12 months?
Yes. Access starts the day you enroll and runs 12 months. The term is based only on your purchase date.
Are the hours RACE-approved?
The 18 on-demand courses are individually RACE-approved (Provider 50-29055). Confirm each lecture's program number and acceptance with your board. On-demand hours are non-interactive; live attendance is interactive-distance.
Who is the certificate issued to?
The named licensee on the enrollment. License number is used on the certificate. One purchase, one person. The guest pass is a second named person, activated by emailing support.
What if I miss a live lecture?
The recording is posted to the portal. Complete the quiz for on-demand CE.
Refunds?
Annual Pass refunds: email support@vetonitce.org within 30 days of purchase. If you have not attended a live lecture and have not completed an on-demand quiz, we refund in full. After a live attendance or a completed on-demand quiz, the pass is not refundable and stays active through the end of the term.
Can my hospital buy seats for several DVMs?
Not as a self-serve multi-seat SKU. Each licensee needs their own pass, or email support@vetonitce.org for an invoice. Live a-la-carte lectures have a 30% group discount for 2+.
