Dr. Brenda L. Mulherin, DVM, Diplomate AVDC
Dr. Brenda L. Mulherin is a Clinical Professor of Veterinary Clinical Sciences at Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine, specializing in dentistry and oral surgery. She is a Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College. Dr. Mulherin earned her DVM (2002) and BS in Animal Science (1998) from Iowa State University and completed her dentistry and oral surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine. Her clinical interests include feline tooth resorptions, endodontic therapies, periodontal disease, and oral diagnostic imaging. She is a recipient of the Clinical Teaching Excellence Award and the John Sowers Memorial Veterinary Dental Resident Award.
